What makes court reporters so indispensable to attorneys and others in the legal field? Remote Counsel's partner Guy J. Renzi & Associates tackled that question in a recent blog.

They argue that the proliferation of technology in the court reporting field has not completely taken over the industry, rendering court reporters superfluous. This is a sentiment that Remote Counsel whole-heartedly agrees with and has spoken to in previous blogs

According to Guy J. Renzi & Associates:

"[Court reporters] are for the most part the solution of choice, or gold standard if you will, in deposition settings and also in out-of-court legal proceedings. To this end, quite a large number of today’s litigants and legal professionals unequivocally prefer stenographic real-time court reporters, considering them to be the most viable solution when it comes to accurately recording and memorializing for history the events which unfold in legal proceedings."
