Remote Counsel to Sunset Physical Office Space Scheduling Service

The coronavirus pandemic has prompted change in all aspects of our lives, including how the legal community participates in depositions.

And Remote Counsel is adjusting to these disruptions in order to best serve you, our clients and partners.

As we focus on delivering the absolute best-in-class platform and support for remote depositions, we are streamlining our services.

Effective August 1, 2020, Remote Counsel will be sunsetting our public room scheduling service. As of that date, we will no longer be scheduling public rooms for videoconferences.

To clarify, Remote Counsel Cameo, Deposition Streaming, and Video Conferencing are NOT impacted by this change. We are only shutting down our public (physical/in person) room booking service. Remote depositions, including all Cameo virtual rooms, are entirely unaffected.

By streamlining our services we can more effectively focus and support you in this era of online depositions.

In that vein, please visit our website if you'd like more information on our Cameo videoconferencing software or our video and text streaming services.

We look forward to our continued work with the legal community! Please don't hesitate to reach out to support@remotecounsel.com with any questions.
