Atlanta, GA, March 6, 2015 – Remote Counsel, the leading provider of remote participation solutions for legal events, proudly announces the product launch of Cameo II, a revolutionary, next generation mobile videoconferencing and bridging service that leads to enhanced productivity, enabling subscribers to conduct business effectively and efficiently.

“At Aiken Welch, we pride ourselves on providing the best possible services for depositions and other legal events, which is why we have partnered with Remote Counsel and their Cameo II service,” said Renee Bush, co-owner of Aiken Welch Court Reporters. “Cameo II allows us to run stress-free events that make our jobs easier and leave our clients extremely satisfied.”

“We have already used Remote Counsel’s Cameo II service several times, and couldn’t be more pleased with it,” said Elizabeth Gallo, owner of Elizabeth Gallo Court Reporting. “It enables us to provide top-tier experiences for attorneys and ensures that they will continue to use us as their preferred court reporting firm.”

Cameo II provides several new and improved features to assist court reporters with their technology needs. All videoconferencing rooms are now configured for high-definition, providing a higher quality experience with lower speeds and processor requirements. The list of supported browsers, tablets, and mobile devices has grown, and enhanced screen sharing capabilities are available virtually on any device. Users can now also record Cameo events with 1-click from the event management dashboard.

Additionally, there are more options for connecting to a videoconference—users can join by telephone or PC audio depending on their preference, and they can also change their video and audio devices during a conference. An improved video layout is one of the more exciting updates, enabling users to manage each site to control what others see. Lastly, this service provides world-class security, allowing users to lock meetings, set secure log-ins, and password protect meetings.

“We’re extremely excited to be launching Cameo II and expect it to be a real game-changer in the remote participation field,” said Andrew Feinberg, CEO of Courtroom Connect, Remote Counsel’s parent company. “Our universally compatible, high-definition platform meets the needs of today’s complex, interconnected world.”

Cameo II was officially launched on March 1, 2015 and is now available to subscribers. If you would like more information on Cameo II, please contactmarketing@remotecounsel.com.
